Every patron is required to have a ticket to enter the theater, regardless of age.
Marathon Center for the Performing Arts does not cancel, reschedule, or refund due to inclement weather.
Policies
Seating Chart
The Donnell Theater is categorized by three sections:
- Main Floor: Includes the Main Left, Main Center, and Main Right Sections (wheelchair handicap accessible)
- *Mezzanine: Located in the lower balcony, includes Mezz Left, Mezz Center, and Mezz Right
- *Balcony: Located in the upper balcony, includes Balc Left, Balc Center, and Balc Right
*Please note: the Mezzanine and Balcony are not wheelchair handicap accessible and require the use of stairs
To select your seats online, simply click the section on the map where you would like to see availability. If you want to select a different section, click “Choose a different section”.
Lost or Stolen Ticket
If lost or stolen, we can replace your tickets. Please contact the ticket office prior to the performance.
Payment
We accept cash, check, and the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. All online purchases require a credit card.
Discounts, Coupon Codes, Sales and Specials
While supplies last, no substitutions and no rain checks issued. Not valid toward previous purchases.
Will Call
Tickets will be available one hour prior to the performance at the ticket office. All Will Call tickets will be under the name given during the order. If you need to change the name of the patron picking up the tickets for will-call, please call the ticket office. Tickets can also be placed on Will Call when completing an online ticket order; make sure to check the correct Delivery Method when ordering your tickets.
Print-at-home
With online ticket orders, patrons have the opportunity to print their tickets at home. You must provide an email address to print the tickets from the browser. Make sure that the whole ticket prints, including the bar code. If you are having problems, please call the ticket office.
Tickets on a Mobile Device
Patrons can now bring their tickets to a show right on their smartphone from online orders with Print At Home delivery. Make sure you have all the tickets ready to be scanned on your device before entering the theater. In order for the tickets to be scanned from a smartphone, make sure the screen’s brightness is at its highest and the tickets are readable.
Ticket Pick-Up
Patrons are able to pick up tickets from the ticket office during Box Office operation hours.
Wheelchair Handicap Seating
ADA seating is reserved for the exclusive use of patrons with wheelchair disabilities and their guests (there is no actual chair, but a spot for a wheelchair). The purchase or use of these seating locations by non-disabled individuals is strictly prohibited and can result in relocation or ejection. All ADA seats are identified with the universal handicap symbol.
Companion Seating
Companion seating is for those attending a performance with a patron in need of wheelchair handicap seating. These seats are located to the left and/or right of handicap seating and are marked with a symbol on the seating chart.
